The company Aldebaran was founded in 2005 by Bruno Maisonnier. From the beginnging they supported RoboCup competition in the Soccer and @Home league with their Nao and Pepper robots. Both robots can still be found in the Intelligent Robotics Lab.
Unfortunatelly, their story has now come to an end. This is their farewell message:
